Billboard Advertising for Dallas Schools & Universities
Boost enrollment, fill your open house, and build your institution's presence across North Texas.
The Most Visible Way to Recruit Your Next Class
Dallas education is a crowded field. Elite private schools, growing charter networks, and universities like SMU and UTD are all competing for the same parents and prospective students. Out-of-home advertising still works well here because it does two things at once: it keeps your name in front of families, and it signals that your institution is established and worth trusting.
Dallas Billboards works directly with admissions directors and administrators to turn passersby into applicants. Whether you're a university trying to build brand equity along US-75 or a K-12 private school filling seats for next semester in Preston Hollow, we put your message where the families you're trying to reach actually drive.
Boost Enrollment Numbers
Billboards work at the top of the funnel. They keep your school on a family's radar well before they start filling out applications.
Fill Your Open House
The open house is where most of the real conversion happens. High-frequency outdoor ads announcing the date and time bring qualified families out of neighborhoods like Lake Highlands and Park Cities.
Build Institutional Trust
A billboard on the Tollway does something a brochure can't: it tells current parents they made the right call, and it gets prospective ones curious enough to look you up.

Timing It to the Academic Calendar
Timing matters more in education marketing than almost anywhere else. We build your media buy around when parents and students are actually deciding, not around a generic calendar. January through March is when most Fall enrollment decisions get made in DISD and the private sector. May and June is when summer programs need to be on people's minds.
We also run what we call a feeder zone strategy: we look at where your current students live, then find similar neighborhoods that aren't showing up in your applicant pool yet. Targeting those specific routes is one of the more reliable ways to expand and diversify who's applying.
A Few Things That Matter in Education Creative
Show real students. Photos of actual students in class or on campus beat an empty building shot every time.
Make the date impossible to miss. If you're promoting an open house, the date and time should be the second-largest thing on the board.
Keep the URL short. Something like ApplySMU.com or VisitStMarks.org is easier to remember and easier to track than a long link.
Lean on your colors. Red and blue for SMU, green and orange for UTD, whatever your school's palette is, use it heavily. It reinforces the brand faster than anything else on the board.
Lead with the outcome. For trade schools and universities, the result sells better than the pitch: "Get Hired," "98% Placement Rate," "Start Your Career."
Reaching Students Across the Metroplex
Dallas is a hub of educational opportunity. We provide the inventory you need to reach diverse student populations across the region.
University hubs: University Park (SMU), Richardson (UTD), and Denton (UNT/TWU) put you in front of college-aged students and transfer prospects.
Family suburbs: Plano, Frisco, and Mesquite are where you'll find parents of K-12 kids in the middle of school decisions.
Commuter corridors: LBJ Freeway (635) and Loop 12 carry working adults who might be looking at evening classes or vocational training.

Institutions We Work With
We serve the entire spectrum of the education sector in DFW.
Universities & Colleges
Build regional visibility for degree programs, athletics, and research, in front of the general public, not just prospective students.
Private & Charter Schools (K-12)
Reach families early in the decision process and reinforce the school's reputation in the neighborhoods you draw from.
Trade & Vocational Schools
Generate leads from people considering a career change into healthcare, automotive, HVAC, or cosmetology.
Preschools & Daycare
Build trust with new parents. For this age group, local visibility and a sense of safety matter more than almost anything else.
Tutoring & Test Prep
Remind parents that SAT/ACT season is coming, or that help is available if their kid is struggling.
Online & Adult Education
Commuters are a captive audience for flexible, online degree programs aimed at working professionals.
Spanish-Language Creative Drives Results
Pairing outdoor ads with Spanish-language creative and neighborhood-specific messaging tends to perform well here. Worth building into the plan from the start instead of adding it on later.
