Agency Appointment / Agency of Record (AOR)
The Advertiser hereby appoints Dallas Billboards LLC as its exclusive agent for negotiating and leasing billboard and outdoor advertising space.
All commitments to buy or lease outdoor advertising must be pre-approved by the Advertiser. Dallas Billboards will not execute any buy agreements until the Advertiser has authorized a written Ad Agreement granting Dallas Billboards authority to contract on its behalf.
This appointment is strictly limited to outdoor advertising only. All other forms of media — including online ads, TV, radio, print, or other non-outdoor advertising channels — are excluded from this agreement.
The Advertiser agrees that all contacts and negotiations regarding outdoor advertising with third-party billboard companies will be conducted exclusively through Dallas Billboards.
